Ingredients

  • 48 Chicken wings

Sauce:

  • 1/4 pound Butter 1 cube
  • 12 ounces Crystal hot sauce
  • 2 ounces Louisiana hot sauce
  • 4 ounces Tapatio hot sauce
  • 2 ounces Red Devil pepper sauce
  • 2 ounces Tabasco

Instructions

  • Disjoint wings and discard tips.
  • Arrange wings in a baking pan and bake in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 1 hour or until done.
  • Meanwhile, combine butter and various hot sauces in a saucepan.
  • Heat and stir until the butter is melted.
  • Keep warm.
  • Remove wings from the oven and dip each wing individually in the sauce mixture.
  • Place the wings in a serving dish and pour the remaining sauce over the top.
  • Any leftover sauce can be refrigerated and used again.
