Ingredients

Makes 1 Tapa (1 Serving)

  • 2 anchovy fillets
  • 1 strip 1/4-inch thick of pickled herring
  • 2 Marinated Fresh Anchovies refer to the partial recipe for marinated anchovies
  • 1 very small dill gherkin halved lengthwise

Instructions

  • Place 1 anchovy fillet, 1 strip of pickled herring, or 2 marinated fresh anchovies on top of one half of the dill gherkin.
  • Cover with the other half of the dill gherkin and secure the two halves with a toothpick.
