Ingredients

  • 8 slices sugar-free bacon halved
  • 1 ½ tbsp water

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 200°C (400°F) for 3 minutes.
  • Pour water into the bottom of the air fryer basket to minimize smoke from fat drippings.
  • Place half of the bacon slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 3 minutes, then flip the bacon.
  • Cook for an additional 3 minutes until crispy.
  • Transfer the cooked bacon to a paper towel-lined plate.
  • Repeat with the remaining bacon slices.
  • Serve warm.
