Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 400 ml skim milk
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp. almond meal
  • 1 tbsp. Manuka honey or any honey
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  • Remove the mango peel, chop and put in the blender.
  • Pour in the skim milk, yogurt, almond meal, honey, and some ice cubes.
  • Blend everything together until smooth.
  • Divide into two glasses and enjoy.
