My husband came up with this way to enjoy tequila as a cocktail. It's colorless, so we named it claro (clear). Serve with finger snacks before a meal.
Ingredients
Makes 2 servings
- Ice cubes
- 3 ounces silver tequila
- 4 to 4 ounces soda water or seltzer
- ½ fresh orange slice
Instructions
- Fill an old-fashioned glass or a 6-ounce glass with ice cubes.
- Pour in the tequila and fill the glass with soda water.
- Give it a stir.
- Garnish with the orange slice.
- Serve.
