Ingredients

  • 8 uncooked large shrimp peeled and cleaned
  • 1 cup pineapple cubed
  • 1 green pepper cut into 2-inch squares
  • 1 sweet onion cut into wedges
  • 1/4 cup teriyaki barbecue sauce
  • Cooked rice

Instructions

  • Thread shrimp, pineapple, green pepper, and onion pieces alternately onto skewers.
  • Place the kabobs on a lightly oiled grill pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the skewers for 8 to 10 minutes, turning and brushing frequently with teriyaki barbecue sauce, until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
