Ingredients

  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • ΒΌ tsp. pepper
  • 4 cups milk

Instructions

  • Melt butter or margarine.
  • Stir in flour and seasonings.
  • When smooth, add milk and stir constantly until thickened.
