Wild River Bloody Marys
Ingredients
- 1 46-ounce bottle of tomato-vegetable juice (e.g., V8)
- ¼ cup fresh lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1½ teaspoons black pepper
- 1½ teaspoons hot pepper sauce e.g., Tabasco
- ½ teaspoon crushed celery seeds
- 2 cups vodka
- Ice
- Celery stalks for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pitcher, stir together the tomato-vegetable juice, fresh lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, hot pepper sauce, and crushed celery seeds.
- Chill the mixture, covered, for at least 2 hours or up to 1 week.
- To prepare individual cocktails, shake 2 ounces of vodka with ice and 6 ounces of the juice mixture.
- Pour the prepared cocktail into glasses over ice and garnish each with a celery stalk.
- This recipe makes approximately 8 servings of Wild River Bloody Marys.
