Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth.
Heat a griddle or frying pan over medium heat and lightly grease with butter or oil.
Drop spoonfuls of batter onto the hot griddle.
Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
Serve warm.
