- 1 cup of all-natural Greek yogurt
- ½ cup of mixed berries
- 6 almonds chopped roughly
- 1 tbsp. natural whey powder
- ½ cup of chilled orange juice
- 1 cup of chilled water
Instructions

- Start your blender on low speed then increase the speed to high until blended smooth
