Ingredients
- 1 ½ pounds top chuck
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
- Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
- Shake thoroughly to coat the chuck roast evenly.
- Spritz the bottom of the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the seasoned chuck inside.
- Cook for 50 minutes, turning the meat every 10 to 15 minutes for even browning.
- Allow the roast to rest for 5 to 7 minutes before slicing.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
