  • 1 ½ pounds top chuck
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds

Instructions

  • Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
  • Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
  • Shake thoroughly to coat the chuck roast evenly.
  • Spritz the bottom of the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the seasoned chuck inside.
  • Cook for 50 minutes, turning the meat every 10 to 15 minutes for even browning.
  • Allow the roast to rest for 5 to 7 minutes before slicing.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
