Herb-Crusted Dijon Chuck Roast

Dijon mustard

fennel seeds
Instructions
Preheat your Air Fryer to 380°F.
Combine all ingredients in a Ziploc bag.
Shake thoroughly to coat the chuck roast evenly.
Spritz the bottom of the Air Fryer basket with cooking spray and place the seasoned chuck inside.
Cook for 50 minutes, turning the meat every 10 to 15 minutes for even browning.
Allow the roast to rest for 5 to 7 minutes before slicing.
Serve warm and enjoy!
