Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 pounds sirloin cut into four pieces
- Salt and cracked black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 pound Cremini mushrooms sliced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon curry powder
Instructions
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 396°F and grease a baking pan with butter.
- Add the sirloin to the pan and season with salt, black pepper, cayenne pepper, rosemary, dill, and thyme.
- Cook in the Air Fryer for 9 minutes.
- Stir in the mushrooms, sour cream, mustard, and curry powder.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until everything is heated through.
- Serve warm on individual plates.
