  • 1/2 pound beef sausage crumbled
  • 1/2 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup pork rinds crushed
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 shallot finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1 serrano pepper finely chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 390°F.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.
  • Knead the mixture until well incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into a meatloaf and place it in a greased baking pan.
  • Cook the meatloaf in the Air Fryer for 24 minutes.
  • Remove and let it cool on a rack for 6 minutes.
  • Slice, serve, and enjoy!
