  • 1 pound T-bone steak
  • 4 garlic cloves halved
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup tamari sauce
  • 2 teaspoons brown sugar
  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 heaping tablespoons cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • Rub the garlic halves over the T-bone steak.
  • Lightly toss the steak with flour to coat.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the steak and place it in a preheated Air Fryer at 400°F in the grill pan.
  • Cook for 10 minutes.
  • In the meantime, whisk together tamari sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, Sriracha sauce, white vinegar, rosemary, and basil in a mixing bowl.
  • After 10 minutes, pour the tamari sauce mixture over the steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  • Garnish the steak with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
