Instructions
Rub the garlic halves over the T-bone steak.
Lightly toss the steak with flour to coat.
Drizzle olive oil evenly over the steak and place it in a preheated Air Fryer at 400°F in the grill pan.
Cook for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk together tamari sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, Sriracha sauce, white vinegar, rosemary, and basil in a mixing bowl.
After 10 minutes, pour the tamari sauce mixture over the steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish the steak with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
