Ingredients
- 1 pound T-bone steak
- 4 garlic cloves halved
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup tamari sauce
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Sriracha sauce
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 2 heaping tablespoons cilantro chopped
Instructions
- Rub the garlic halves over the T-bone steak.
- Lightly toss the steak with flour to coat.
- Drizzle olive oil evenly over the steak and place it in a preheated Air Fryer at 400°F in the grill pan.
- Cook for 10 minutes.
- In the meantime, whisk together tamari sauce, brown sugar, tomato paste, Sriracha sauce, white vinegar, rosemary, and basil in a mixing bowl.
- After 10 minutes, pour the tamari sauce mixture over the steak and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Garnish the steak with chopped cilantro and serve warm.
