  • 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary chopped
  • 8 ounces lump crabmeat
  • 1 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 2 tablespoons shallots chopped
  • 4 tablespoons mozzarella cheese crumbled

Instructions

  • Place the slices of sourdough bread on a flat surface.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, lump crabmeat, granulated garlic, and chopped shallots until well mixed.
  • Spread the crab mixture evenly over the sourdough slices.
  • Top each slice with crumbled mozzarella cheese.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
  • Bake the bruschetta in the air fryer for 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
