Instructions
Place the slices of sourdough bread on a flat surface.
In a mixing bowl, combine tomato ketchup, mayonnaise, chopped rosemary, lump crabmeat, granulated garlic, and chopped shallots until well mixed.
Spread the crab mixture evenly over the sourdough slices.
Top each slice with crumbled mozzarella cheese.
Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (190°C).
Bake the bruschetta in the air fryer for 10 minutes until golden and bubbling.
