Ingredients
- 1 cup beer
- 1/2 cup tamari sauce
- 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon ancho chili powder
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3/4 pound flank steak sliced into strips
Instructions
- In a ceramic dish, combine beer, tamari sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, black pepper, ancho chili powder, and honey.
- Place the sliced flank steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for deeper flavor.
- Discard the marinade and hang the marinated beef strips in the Air Fryer basket using skewers.
- Air Fry at 190°F for 1 hour, or until the jerky reaches the desired texture.
- Store the beef jerky in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
