flank steak
sliced into strips
Instructions
In a ceramic dish, combine beer, tamari sauce, liquid smoke, garlic, salt, black pepper, ancho chili powder, and honey.
Place the sliced flank steak in the marinade and refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight for deeper flavor.
Discard the marinade and hang the marinated beef strips in the Air Fryer basket using skewers.
Air Fry at 190°F for 1 hour, or until the jerky reaches the desired texture.
Store the beef jerky in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
