Ingredients

  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1 egg white
  • ½ cup coconut flour
  • 1 ¼ cup almond flour
  • 2 oz softened cream cheese
  • Bagel seasoning
  • 2 ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  • In a suitable bowl, mix almond flour, baking powder, and coconut flour together.
  • In another bowl, whisk 2 eggs and set aside.
  • Add softened cream cheese and shredded mozzarella cheese to the dry ingredients.
  • Mix until well combined.
  • Gradually pour in the beaten eggs while continuing to mix until a dough forms.
  • Divide the dough into 6 equal portions and shape each into a bagel shape.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  • Place the bagels in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
  • Brush the tops of the bagels with the egg white and sprinkle with bagel seasoning.
  • Air fry for 5 minutes, or until the bagels are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Allow the bagels to cool slightly before serving.
