Honey Chicken Grilled Kabobs.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 skinless boneless chicken breast halves – cut into 1 inch cubes
- 2 cloves garlic
- 5 small onions cut into 2 inch pieces
- 2 red bell peppers cut into 2 inch pieces
- Skewers
Instructions
- Stir together oil, soy sauce, honey and pepper in a bowl.
- Set aside a small amount of marinade.
- Add chicken, peppers, onions and garlic into the marinade bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
- Preheat the grill for high heat.
- Add chicken and vegetables onto the skewers.
- Grease grill and place skewers on it.
- Cook until chicken juices run clear, 12-15 minutes.
- Brush remaining marinade onto the skewers while cooking.
