Ingredients

  • 450 grams approximately 4 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup mild chunky salsa

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • Place chicken thighs in square cake barrel.
  • Cover with salsa.
  • Cook for 30 minutes.
  • Using a meat thermometer, ensure the chicken is at least 75°C.
  • Cook for another minute if necessary.
  • Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
