mild chunky salsa
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
Place chicken thighs in square cake barrel.
Cover with salsa.
Cook for 30 minutes.
Using a meat thermometer, ensure the chicken is at least 75°C.
Cook for another minute if necessary.
Transfer to a serving plate and let rest for 5 minutes.
Serve warm.
