  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Boil the fish fillets for 5 minutes or until opaque.
  • Flake the fish into small pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, baking powder, baking soda, buttermilk, Cajun seasoning, and shredded cheese.
  • Add the flaked fish and mix until well incorporated.
  • Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and arrange the patties in the basket.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, working in batches if needed.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
