Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Boil the fish fillets for 5 minutes or until opaque.
Flake the fish into small pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, baking powder, baking soda, buttermilk, Cajun seasoning, and shredded cheese.
Add the flaked fish and mix until well incorporated.
Shape the mixture into 12 equal-sized patties.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 380°F and arrange the patties in the basket.
Cook for 15 minutes, working in batches if needed.
Serve warm and enjoy!
