Pork rinds are such a great way to get in a little crunch without any of the carb-filled grain. Bread this trout with different flavours of pork rinds for more variety.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoons butter melted
  • ½ cup crushed chilli lime–flavored pork rinds
  • 2 170 gram coral trout fillets

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer at 180°F for 3 minutes.
  • Combine butter and pork rinds in a small bowl.
  • Press mixture onto tops of trout fillets.
  • Place fish in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
  • Cook for 10 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Transfer fish to two medium plates and serve warm.
