Chili Lime–Crusted Coral Trout
Pork rinds are such a great way to get in a little crunch without any of the carb-filled grain. Bread this trout with different flavours of pork rinds for more variety.

Ingredients

crushed chilli lime–flavored pork rinds

170 gram coral trout fillets
Instructions
Preheat air fryer at 180°F for 3 minutes.
Combine butter and pork rinds in a small bowl.
Press mixture onto tops of trout fillets.
Place fish in air fryer basket lightly greased with olive oil.
Cook for 10 minutes until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Transfer fish to two medium plates and serve warm.
