Ingredients

  • 6 oz. light reduced sugar fat-free blueberry yogurt, frozen (1 container of Yoplait)
  • 1 cup blueberries fresh
  • 1 cup non-fat milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries optional, for thicker consistency

Instructions

  • Place the frozen blueberry yogurt, fresh blueberries, and non-fat milk into a blender.
  • If desired, add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries for a thicker consistency.
  • Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
