optional, for thicker consistency
Instructions
Place the frozen blueberry yogurt, fresh blueberries, and non-fat milk into a blender.
If desired, add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries for a thicker consistency.
Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
