Velvet Blueberry Dream Smoothie
Ingredients
- 6 oz. light reduced sugar fat-free blueberry yogurt, frozen (1 container of Yoplait)
- 1 cup blueberries fresh
- 1 cup non-fat milk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries optional, for thicker consistency
Instructions
- Place the frozen blueberry yogurt, fresh blueberries, and non-fat milk into a blender.
- If desired, add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries for a thicker consistency.
- Blend until smoothie consistency is reached.
- Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
