  • 2 cod fillets
  • 6 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 shallot chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes crushed

Instructions

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  • Boil the cod fillets for 5 minutes or until opaque.
  • Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  • Stir in chopped shallots, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and flaked cod.
  • Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased baking pan.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F and cook the frittata for 9 minutes, flipping it halfway through for even cooking.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!
