Instructions
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
Boil the cod fillets for 5 minutes or until opaque.
Flake the fish into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
Stir in chopped shallots, minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes, and flaked cod.
Pour the egg mixture into a lightly greased baking pan.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 360°F and cook the frittata for 9 minutes, flipping it halfway through for even cooking.
Serve warm and enjoy!
