- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- ¼ cup dry white wine
- 3 cups chicken broth
- Salt to taste

Instructions

- Add the chicken and pork and toss until evenly coated.
