Ingredients

  • ½ loaf Italian bread
  • 2 slices prosciutto
  • 1 deseeded and sliced peach
  • 4 oz. sliced mozzarella
  • 6 fresh basil leaves
  • Olive oil

Instructions

  • Divide the bread into half horizontally, then cut it into two slices.
  • Place the prosciutto, peach, basil, and cheese on the bottom slices.
  • Cover with the remaining slices.
  • Oil the outer sides of the slices.
  • Grill in the Panini for 5 minutes.
