Ingredients

  • 2 ciabatta bread slices
  • ½ cup diced artichoke hearts
  • ½ cup sliced fig
  • 1 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp grated mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter

Instructions

  • In a pan, melt the butter.
  • Cook the artichoke in the pan for 2 minutes.
  • Add in the fig, then stir to mix for another 2 minutes.
  • Add salt, soy sauce, pepper, parsley, and paprika.
  • Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Spread the artichoke mixture onto a single bread slice.
  • Top with the cheese, then cover with the other bread slice.
  • Cook it in the panini maker for 2 minutes.
