Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
  • 1/4 cup vermouth
  • 2 cloves garlic crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
  • Kosher salt to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • 8 skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
  • 1 lemon cut into wedges

Instructions

  • In a ceramic bowl, combine shrimp, vermouth, garlic, mango powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  • Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
  • Discard the marinade and toss the shrimp in flour until lightly coated.
  • Thread the shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers and place them in a lightly greased Air Fryer basket.
  • Cook the shrimp skewers for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  • Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
