Instructions
In a ceramic bowl, combine shrimp, vermouth, garlic, mango powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
Discard the marinade and toss the shrimp in flour until lightly coated.
Thread the shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers and place them in a lightly greased Air Fryer basket.
Cook the shrimp skewers for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
