Flavor-packed shrimp skewers with a zesty garlic and vermouth marinade.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds shrimp
- 1/4 cup vermouth
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1 teaspoon dry mango powder
- Kosher salt to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 8 skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes
- 1 lemon cut into wedges
Instructions
- In a ceramic bowl, combine shrimp, vermouth, garlic, mango powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Preheat the Air Fryer to 400°F.
- Discard the marinade and toss the shrimp in flour until lightly coated.
- Thread the shrimp onto pre-soaked skewers and place them in a lightly greased Air Fryer basket.
- Cook the shrimp skewers for 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges.
