Ingredients

  • 500 grams unseasoned half-and-half minced meat
  • 1/2 packet Verstegen hamburger seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon sambal oelek
  • 3 tablespoons sweet soy sauce ketjap manis
  • 3 tablespoons ketchup

Instructions

  • Knead the minced meat with the hamburger seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs into a large ball.
  • Add extra breadcrumbs if the mixture is too sticky.
  • Roll small meatballs from the mixture and fry them in butter until fully cooked and golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, prepare a marinade by combining sambal oelek, ketchup, and sweet soy sauce.
  • Pour this mixture over the meatballs on high heat and toss them well, allowing the marinade to coat the meatballs thoroughly.
  • Let the meatballs cool down and enjoy them as a tasty cocktail snack!
