Instructions
Knead the minced meat with the hamburger seasoning, egg, and breadcrumbs into a large ball.
Add extra breadcrumbs if the mixture is too sticky.
Roll small meatballs from the mixture and fry them in butter until fully cooked and golden brown.
Meanwhile, prepare a marinade by combining sambal oelek, ketchup, and sweet soy sauce.
Pour this mixture over the meatballs on high heat and toss them well, allowing the marinade to coat the meatballs thoroughly.
