Equipment

  • Airfreyer

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 12 whole white button mushroom tops
  • 1 ½ tablespoons diced white button mushroom stems
  • ¾ tablespoon peeled and grated yellow onion
  • ¼ cup herbed Boursin cheese
  • 1 ½ tablespoons crushed pork rinds

Instructions

  • Brush olive oil around top ridge of each mushroom top.
  • Preheat air fryer at 180°C for 3 minutes.
  • In a small bowl, combine mushroom stems, onion and Boursin cheese.
  • Distribute and press mixture into tops of mushrooms.
  • Sprinkle pork rinds on top.
  • Place stuffed mushrooms in ungreased air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 5 minutes.
  • Serve warm.
