Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • A pinch of saffron
  • 4 tablespoons of softened butter
  • 4 cups of mussels
  • ½ cup of wine
  • 2 tablespoons of smoked paprika 2 tablespoons of lemon juice
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Take a large baking dish.
  • Add the olive oil into the dish.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients & mix it well.
  • Place the baking dish in an oven.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Dish out when done.
  • The dish is ready to be served.
