Ingredients

of olive oil

A pinch of saffron
▢

of softened butter

of mussels
▢

of wine
▢

of smoked paprika 2 tablespoons of lemon juice

Black pepper to taste

Salt to taste
Instructions
Take a large baking dish.
Add the olive oil into the dish.
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix it well.
Place the baking dish in an oven.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Dish out when done.
The dish is ready to be served.
