Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 2 minced garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 2 cups mushroom mince
  • 2 tablespoons flour 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • ½ cup of parsley leaves

Instructions

  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add the mushroom mince, spices, parsley, onion, garlic, flour and egg into the bowl.
  • Mix all the ingredients well & form round all structures.
  • Cover these balls with bread crumbs.
  • Fry the croquettes in olive oil until they turn golden brown in color.
  • Dish out the croquettes.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
