  • Wooden skewers

Ingredients

  • 2 cups chorizo pieces
  • 1 tablespoon mix spice
  • 2 cups of olives
  • 1 tablespoon dried herbs
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste ½ cup olive oil

Instructions

  • Take a grill pan.
  • Heat the pan well.
  • Take a large bowl.
  • Add all of the ingredients in the bowl.
  • Mix well and add the chorizo pieces and olives into the wooden skewers.
  • Grill the skewers for fifteen to 20 minutes.
  • Dish out when done.
  • Your dish is ready to be served.
