Chorizo and Olive Skewers

Ingredients

chorizo pieces

mix spice
▢

cups
of olives
▢

tablespoon
dried herbs
▢

teaspoon
ground cinnamon
▢
Salt to taste
▢
Black pepper to taste ½ cup olive oil
Instructions
Take a grill pan.
Heat the pan well.
Take a large bowl.
Add all of the ingredients in the bowl.
Mix well and add the chorizo pieces and olives into the wooden skewers.
Grill the skewers for fifteen to 20 minutes.
Dish out when done.
Your dish is ready to be served.
