Marzipan Amaretto Truffles
Ingredients
- 10.5 oz 300 g Marzipan paste
- ΒΌ cup 6 cl Amaretto
- 7 oz 200 g Hazelnut spread (Nutella)
- Cocoa powder to coat
Instructions
- Knead the marzipan with the amaretto and soft hazelnut cream, preferably with a mixer.
- With damp hands, form balls (or sticks) and roll in cocoa powder.
- Place the finished truffles in paper candy cups
