Ingredients

  • 100 g raspberries
  • 400 g of natural yoghurt 3,5 % fat
  • 6 apricots
  • 50 g protein flakes Socas
  • 30 g flaxseed broken

Instructions

  • Pureefinely the raspberries and yogurt.
  • Wash, halve and core the apricots.
  • Put the raspberry yogurt in two bowls and add the apricot halves, flakes and flax seeds.
